How do we book?
Plan your party here, then call the restaurant or stop by and ask anyone at the counter. Your date is held once the 25% deposit is paid at the restaurant. Nothing is charged online.
Which days and times can we book?
Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00 AM, 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Tuesday to Friday at 4:30 PM. Pick a date at least a week out. We don’t book parties on Mondays or on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
Do grown-ups need to stay?
Yes. A parent or guardian stays with the children for the whole party. Grown-ups are welcome to order from our menu at the counter.
What about food allergies?
Tell us when you book and we’ll go over it. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can’t promise an allergen-free party.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
No, outside cakes aren’t allowed. Our McDonald’s birthday cake is the only cake allowed at our parties. Add it for $39 when you plan your party.
What if our plans change?
Call the restaurant hosting your party and we’ll help: Germantown at (262) 255-1050, Beaver Dam at (920) 885-9744. We go over the deposit and what happens if plans change when you book.
What happens to the details I enter here?
Your plan stays on this device. Nothing is sent to us until you call or visit. When you book, we use your details only to plan and confirm your party, and they are never sold or used for marketing.
